Delivery and Returns Policy

*Shipping costs will be free in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal for orders exceeding €60 (taxes excluded).

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

 Standard shipping (home delivery) for mainland Spain:
  • 48H - 72H. working days. Home delivery, shipping cost €4.8 for orders under €60 (Madrid)

  • 48H - 72H. working days. Home delivery, shipping cost €4.8 for orders under €60 (mainland Spain)

  • 48H - 72H. working days. Home delivery, shipping cost €8 for orders under €60 (Balearic Islands)

  • 5 to 7 working days. Home delivery, shipping cost €6.8 for orders under €60 (Portugal)

  • 5 to 7 working days . Home delivery, shipping cost €25 (Canary Islands)

  • 5 to 7 working days Home delivery, shipping cost €25 to member countries of the European Union (EU)

  • 5 to 7 working days Home delivery, shipping cost €25 (Canary Islands)

 Express shipping (home delivery) for mainland Spain:
  • 24H - 48H. Working days. Express home delivery, shipping cost €5.50 (Madrid)

  • 24H - 48H. Working days. Express home delivery, shipping cost €6 in (mainland Spain)

We usually deliver to Spain within 2-3 working days, but on rare occasions this can be extended to 3-4 days. To meet delivery times orders must arrive on a working day before 12:00pm. If we receive your order before 12:00pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) it will be shipped the next day and you will receive it within the next 2 working days.

  • Delivery attempts

    For shipments within the Peninsula, our shipping service provider will make two (2) attempts at home delivery. For the Canary Islands, the customer will receive a notice in their mailbox and must pick it up at their post office.

  • Customs

For shipments outside of Spain and the Canary Islands, if Customs decides to increase the shipping price due to taxes, increased shipping costs or any other decision they make, Alma Eko will not be held responsible and the customer will be responsible for the extra amount to be paid at the time of receiving/picking up the order.

  • Where do we deliver?

We ship orders to all of Spain, EU Europe and non-EU Europe. For the rest of the world, orders must be sent directly to info@almaeko.com  to guarantee you the best shipping company and shipping price.

* All orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs taxes which will be borne by the customer.

  • Where is your order?

When you place an order:

  1. You will receive a "Payment Confirmation" email and will be assigned an order number.
  2. Email with order status "in preparation" when in production
  3. "Shipping confirmation" - also via email when the item has been shipped and is on its way

If you wish to change your address, you must urgently send us an email to info@almaeko.com at least 12 hours before your order is shipped or call +34.650.49.83.99

We use Correos España as our logistics shipping partner. and Genei Global logistic SL . for international shipments.

  • Can you pick up your order at a store/office?

Rivas Vaciamadrid PICK-UP POINT at Calle Lago Garda 1, Rivas Vaciamadrid (Madrid) during the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

 

  • Why haven't I received my order?

There are two main reasons why your order may not have arrived:

  • Incorrect address: Please check that the address you included when placing your order is correct.
  • Failed delivery attempts: Our shipping service provider will make two (2) delivery attempts. If they cannot locate you, the order will be at your disposal at the Post Office corresponding to your postal address so that you can personally pick it up. If this does not happen, it will be returned to our warehouse.

For Customs shipments, your order may be held at customs, if you have not received your order within 21 days, please contact us at info@almaeko.com  

  • What happens to undelivered orders?

When an order has not been delivered due to reasons beyond Alma Eko's control and has been on hold for 15 business days, after this time, the order will be sent back to our warehouse. Once we receive your order, we will proceed to refund the amount of your purchase within the next 14 business days, deducting the related costs of shipping and returning the order to the warehouse.

  • How can I return a product?

Our goal is to ensure that all our products arrive in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied, we would like to know, so please contact us.

As long as your product is unopened and has no signs of tampering and is in its original packaging, you can change your mind and return the item within a maximum period of 30 calendar days.

You can return the goods by contacting the Customer Service Center by email at info@almaeko.com

The following information will be required when returning your products:

  1. Confirmation email containing your transaction reference number
  2. Delivery documentation containing your delivery number
  3. List and description of the products to be returned
  4. Reason for returning the products

When returning products, please note:

  1. It may take up to 7 days for your package to reach us.
  2. Returned items will be refunded within fourteen (14) business days of receipt
  3. Reasonable care must be taken in packaging and returning the parcel so that the goods are not damaged in transit.
  4. You are advised to use a carrier that offers traceability and insurance as we will not be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

  • Who pays for return shipping costs?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover the return fees and can only refund your goods, excluding delivery costs, unless we have made a mistake on an order and sent you incorrect or faulty goods.
