Clean your skin with soapy water and make sure to remove all impurities with one of the makeup remover pads.
Apply rosehip oil to your face.
Massage for 10 minutes with the roller. The oil will help the roller to glide better and the product will penetrate deeper into the skin. You can perform two types of massage:
Lymphatic massage: the massage has to be done from the bottom up (from the neck to the forehead) in the direction of the neck nodes.
Firming massage: the massage must be performed from the bottom up (from the neck to the forehead) in an upward direction, counteracting the effect of gravity.
