The bowls are made by hand, in the traditional way. The metal is hammered to the desired thickness and shape. That is why each bowl is unique, so it produces unique sounds, and may have imperfections.
These Tibetan bowls, made by hand, are made of an alloy of 8 metals. Approximately 75% of the bowl is copper, but we find lesser percentages of tin, nickel, zinc, iron, lead, mercury and silver. Each bowl is different and will present different distributions of these metals, so the sounds and vibrations emitted will also be different.

HOW TO USE
The edge of the bowl is rubbed and hit with the wooden mallet, producing very pleasant sounds that help the listener to enter a deep state of relaxation, facilitating the practice of meditation, mindfulness and reducing stress levels or anxiety.
