These panty liners with cheerful prints are made by hand in Spain. They are comfortable, soft and breathable.
Three layers of fabric are made:
100% organic cotton: outer layer printed with GOTS certificate.
Fleece: this is an absorbent layer of cotton.
100% organic bamboo terry: it is the layer in contact with the body, very soft and absorbent.
It does not contain PUL (polyester laminate), which means that they are not waterproof, but it improves their breathability and the use of petroleum-derived components is avoided.
They replace disposable panty liners, resulting in a much more sustainable and healthy option. They are reusable, they can be used for up to 3 years, so they generate much less waste. They do not contain the chemical components of disposable pads that can cause itching, irritation and even infection.
HOW TO USE
Place the panty liner over the panty, fold the wings underneath and fasten the snap. Use it as long as you need it.
When removing it, put it under the tap and rinse it with cold water, until the water stops coming out red. Rub the remaining stains with a neutral soap, like this one. Rinse and let them soak until you are going to put them in the washing machine. You can leave all the compresses that you are using in a basin with water to which you can add a few drops of essential oil of tea tree or vinegar or salt. When your period ends, or before if you need to, put the pads in the washing machine with the rest of your clothes and wash with cold water.
It is not recommended to use softener or Marseille-type soaps, since they can waterproof the compresses and reduce absorbency. It is also not recommended to use bleach, as it is very abrasive, or a dryer, which can damage the fabrics.
If any stain remains after washing, let it dry in the sun to take advantage of its whitening effect.
They generate much less waste than disposable pads.
Its fabrics have organic certification.
