Among endocrine disruptors, it has been shown that aluminum salts are highly linked to breast cancer. These are present in conventional deodorants. They are responsible for preventing perspiration.

We apply deodorant daily, to our underarms, an area where lymph nodes are frequently affected when breast cancer is diagnosed. So, if you are using this type of deodorant, change it.

Switch to aluminum-free natural deodorants. They are usually based on ingredients that are not antiperspirants, but rather antibacterial and moisture-absorbing, such as baking soda, white clay, or cornstarch, in combination with vegetable and essential oils with different properties and scents. A LITTLE PATIENCE. THE ADAPTATION PROCESS

You should keep in mind that if you have been using conventional deodorants with aluminum salts, it will take some time for the body to adapt to those made with natural ingredients, which are not sweat-blockers, but rather breathable and moisture-absorbing.

This transition period can last between 2 and 4 weeks. During that time, the body will be expelling the antiperspirants that have blocked the skin's pores, preventing toxins from being released.
