What's included in the pack:

Complete step-by-step recipe for making your own fizzy bath bombs.

Ingredients (makes about 10–12 pumps):

  • 225 g of sodium bicarbonate

  • 75 g of citric acid

  • The peel of one orange (optional, for natural aroma)

  • 25 drops of lemon or orange essential oil (the pack contains only lemon oil as it has more degreasing and bactericidal properties)

  • 24 drops of lavender essential oil

  • 1–2 teaspoons of water (to moisten the mixture)

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the baking soda with the citric acid and, if desired, the grated orange peel.

  2. Add the essential oils and mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  3. Pour in 1–2 teaspoons of water gradually and mix until you get a slightly moist but consistent dough (it should not be soaked).

  4. Place the mixture in the silicone molds, pressing firmly to remove any air pockets.

  5. Leave to dry overnight (or several hours depending on the weather) until the bombs are completely firm.

  6. Remove from the mold and store in an airtight container until ready to use.
