You can eat all kinds of food with these cutlery., although they are made of high quality natural bamboo wood, you should keep in mind that theSudden changes in temperature and humidity can reduce its durability, so you should not frequently subject them to very hot or very cold foods.

After use, do not soak.Wash with cold or warm, but not very hot, soapy water. Allow to air dry. Dishwasher safe.
