CHARACTERISTICS

The Cyclo menstrual cup is made in Spain from the highest quality medical grade silicone . It is a very body-friendly material, of mineral origin (silicon), not plastic.

It is hypoallergenic and does not alter the pH of the vagina. The cup collects the flow, it does not absorb it . In the case of tampons, they do absorb, which can cause dryness, irritation and alterations in the pH of the vagina, increasing the risk of infections.

The cup comes with a cotton cloth bag and instructions.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

The cup is inserted into the vagina and can be worn for up to 12 hours . The instructions provide detailed information on how to insert it and how it should fit to ensure that it is correctly positioned.

When needed, empty the contents and rinse with cold water . Reinsert the container into the vagina and repeat this operation as many times as necessary during the menstrual period.

At the end of the cycle or before the next one begins, the cup must be sterilized by boiling it in water for 3 minutes.

SIZE AND DIMENSION GUIDE

You can find the Cyclo cup in 3 sizes :

S : For minors under 18 years of age who have not had sexual relations .
M : For those under 30 years of age who have not had a vaginal birth .
L : For anyone who has had a vaginal birth or is over 30 years old .

Follow the general guidelines for choosing your size. However, keep in mind that, in rare exceptions, there are some people who, due to their constitution or physical condition, may need a different size than the one indicated. If you think this may be the case for you (you may already know this if you have tried other brands), also pay attention to the dimensions of the cup and not just the size. Menstrual cups cannot be returned.

ETHICS AND SUSTAINABILITY

It is a reusable product, so it replaces disposable pads and tampons. With proper care, it can be used for up to 10 years , so the reduction in waste , compared to disposable feminine hygiene products, is enormous.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

La copa se introduce en la vagina y puede llevarse hasta 12 horas. En las instrucciones encontrarás información detallada de cómo introducirla y cómo debe quedar para asegurarte de que la llevas bien puesta.

Cuando lo necesites, vacía su contenido y aclárala con agua fría. Vuelve a introducirla en la vagina y repite esta operación las veces necesarias durante la fase de menstruación.

Al acabar el ciclo o antes de que empiece el siguiente, la copa ha de ser esterilizada hirviéndola en agua durante 3 minutos.
