  • Preparation:Place one teaspoon of the plant per cup. Pour boiling water and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain before drinking.
  • Recommended Dose:It is recommended to drink 1-3 cups a day.
  • Storage:Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light.
  • Warnings:Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Our standard delivery service to the Iberian Peninsula usually arrives within 48 business hours (in 95% of cases!). If you're not at the delivery address, no problem: it will be left at a collection point very close to you , and you'll receive an email with all the information to pick it up at your convenience.

Normally, if you place your order before 2 PM from Monday to Thursday, it will ship that same day.

Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Monday morning will be shipped on Monday afternoon.

If you need it urgently and want to receive it before 2 p.m. the next day (Only available in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands), you can select express shipping on the payment screen.

We like to keep track of every delivery : if we notice any delay, we'll contact you right away (although it's almost never necessary 😉).

And remember: shipping is free for orders over €60 in mainland Spain and Portugal and €75 in the Balearic Islands .
