    INSTRUCTIONS AND CARE

    Preparation: Place one teaspoon of the herb per cup. Pour boiling water and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain before drinking.

    Recommended Dose: It is recommended to drink 1-3 cups a day, preferably after meals.

    Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light.

    Add a spoonful of seeds to 200 ml of boiling water. Let it steep for 5 minutes and strain before consumption.
    Prepare just before consumption. Do not store the infusion once prepared. Use freshly boiled water.

    Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Monday morning will be shipped on Monday afternoon.
