SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We know you're eagerly awaiting your order 💚.
Our standard delivery service to the Iberian Peninsula usually arrives within 48 business hours (in 95% of cases!). If you're not at the delivery address, no problem: it will be left at a collection point very close to you , and you'll receive an email with all the information to pick it up at your convenience.
Normally, if you place your order before 2 PM from Monday to Thursday, it will ship that same day.
Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Monday morning will be shipped on Monday afternoon.
If you need it urgently and want to receive it before 2 p.m. the next day (Only available in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands), you can select express shipping on the payment screen.
We like to keep track of every delivery : if we notice any delay, we'll contact you right away (although it's almost never necessary 😉).
If you have any questions, you can contact us via the website chat and we will answer you as quickly as possible.
And remember: shipping is free for orders over €60 in mainland Spain and Portugal and €75 in the Balearic Islands .
Even so, the shipping cost will appear on the payment page according to the delivery address and weight.

ACENE Certification (Association for Organic and Natural Cosmetics): guarantees that the raw plant materials are organic, do not use animal testing, and do not contain petrochemicals such as parabens, silicones, or phthalates. They are Ecocert/Biorganic.
Ingredients from organic, traditional or wild cultivation, including the use of sustainable plant-based alcohol
100% natural formulas, free of parabens, phthalates, synthetic preservatives, and artificial fragrances; essential oils and sometimes fresh plant parts are used inside the bottle.
Vegan and Cruelty-Free Certification: They have been designed to be suitable for vegans and are not tested on animals.
