Yes, we have 2ml vials so you can try them and decide which one you like best.
How should I use the products to see results?
When you decide to switch to a natural skincare routine, your skin may need some time to adjust. During the first few days or weeks, it's common to experience a "detox" phase where your skin eliminates residue from previous products. This process may include mild breakouts or changes in texture, but it's a sign that your skin is returning to its natural balance.
Tips for a smooth transition:
- Introduce products gradually: Start with just one product and wait at least two weeks before adding another. This allows your skin to adjust without feeling overwhelmed.
- Be patient and consistent: Visible results usually appear between 2 and 4 weeks, as the skin renews itself approximately every 28 days.
- Listen to your skin: If you experience irritation or dryness, you may need to adjust your frequency of use or combine products with proper moisturizer.
Remember, with a little patience and consistency, your skin will get used to natural skin, and you'll enjoy its long-term benefits. 🌿✨

Description
Natural pack for menstrual pain relief through massage
This solution was made for me by my grandmother and naturally accompanied me on the days of greatest discomfort during my menstrual cycle, through body massage with ingredients of natural origin , known for their calming, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and relaxing properties.
The combination of Spanish sage essential oil and lavender essential oil with the carrier vegetable oil, in this case coconut oil, results in a soft, nourishing and aromatic massage oil, ideal for applying to the lower abdomen, groin and lumbar area , using circular movements, when cramps or a feeling of tension appear.
What does this pack include?
Organic coconut vegetable oil (100 ml)
Spanish sage essential oil
Lavender essential oil
Vegetable oil is used as a base to dilute essential oils and facilitate massage, respecting the skin and providing a pleasant, smooth texture, since essential oils should never be used directly. The vegetable oil (in this case, coconut oil, but you can use another if you prefer) acts as a carrier.
