Every time you choose sustainable products to take care of yourself and your loved ones, or interact with us, you earn points that you can redeem for discounts and exclusive benefits.

• By subscribing to our newsletter, you'll receive 100 points.
• If you subscribed before May 15, 2025, we've automatically added 100 points to your membership.
• If you follow us on Instagram, you'll earn 50 more points.

This means that for every euro you spend in our store, you will receive 1 point that will be automatically added to your account.

At any time, you can use your accumulated money to make your next purchase cheaper.

Once you've accumulated enough points, you can use them to obtain discount codes and apply them directly to your purchase.

Simply go to the "Rewards" icon in the bottom left corner of Alma Eko, go to the "Redeem Points" section, and choose the reward you'd like to receive. When you click " Redeem, " a code will be generated, which you can view in the " My Rewards " section. All you have to do is copy and paste the discount code into your cart before completing your order.

No, we do not currently allow combining product discounts.

Checking your points in AlmaEko is very easy. Just click the rewards icon. At the top, you'll see your name and then "Your points:" will appear. You can also go to "My Balance" to see more details about how you've earned those points.

Remember, you must log in to Alma Eko using the email address you used to register to see your points.

Simply click the person icon in the top right corner and enter the email address you used to sign up. If you're using a different device or haven't accepted cookies, the system may send a numeric code to your email address so you can log in securely (no passwords to remember).

If you return a product, the points you earned for that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account.

If you've already redeemed those points for a reward before the refund, your balance could remain negative until you make new purchases and can offset it.

No, loyalty points are non-transferable and can only be used on the account in which they were generated.

Points do not expire as long as you remain an active member and participate in the program. If you don't make any purchases or activities for 12 months, your points may expire.

Yes, you can redeem your points while promotions are active, unless otherwise specified in a particular campaign. Please note that points are redeemed using codes that you must enter at checkout, and these codes cannot be combined with other discounts or free shipping.
