SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We will ship your items from our warehouses to the address provided. Any information regarding delivery times is for guidance only and is not binding, as it depends on the terms and services of the logistics company. Whenever possible, your order will be shipped in a single delivery.

Orders generally require 1–2 days for preparation, plus the delivery time of the logistics operator to reach the specified address.
If payment is made by bank transfer or in advance, preparation and shipping times will begin once the full payment has been received.

You will receive an email confirming that your package has been shipped, and, if available, a tracking number will be provided by the logistics carrier.

Free Shipping Conditions

  • For mainland Spain, standard shipping is free for orders over €60.

  • For the Balearic Islands, standard shipping is free for orders over €70.

  • Shipping costs apply to all other national or international destinations.

Shipping Rates by Destination

  • Local pickup in Rivas-Vaciamadrid: Free, when selecting the “Pickup at Papelería David, Calle Lago Garda 1, local 12, 28521 Rivas-Vaciamadrid” option.

  • Free home delivery in Rivas-Vaciamadrid for orders over €30, if that option is selected.

National and International Shipping Rates:

  • Mainland Spain: €5

  • Andorra: €5

  • Balearic Islands: €8

  • Mainland Portugal: €12

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (orders under €150): €15

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (orders over €150): €25

  • Germany: €12

  • Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €17

  • Ireland, Italy, Sweden: €20

  • Denmark, Greece, Switzerland: €25

Customs and Additional Charges

Customs duties, import taxes, or any additional transport costs applied by customs authorities must be paid by the customer at the time of receiving or collecting the order.
