You have to put the dental floss refill inside the stainless steel bottle and use it as you normally do.Roll it around your thumbs and keep it taut.Pass the floss between all the teethFor a deep clean, you can use the bamboo toothbrushes we have in the store after brushing your teeth as usual.

On the Spanish mainland, it usually arrives within 24–48 hours (in 95% of cases!). If you're not at the delivery address, don't worry: it will be dropped off at a collection point very close to you , and you'll receive an email with all the information you need to pick it up at your convenience.
