INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

ON THE BODY

• To relieve thea coldPut 1-2 drops on a tissue and inhale as needed.

Beamvapors:Pour 5-6 drops of peppermint essential oil into a container of very hot water and inhale the steam with your head covered with a towel and your eyes closed.

• To relieve themuscle painmix 50 ml ofalmond oilwith 25-30 drops of peppermint essential oil and apply it as a massage whenever needed.

•Slow digestion and flatulence:Take 1 drop of essential oil dissolved in a tablespoon of honey or syrup. You can add it to your infusion, juice, etc.

ABOUT THE MIND

Put 1-2 drops of peppermint essential oil on a tissue and inhale. It will help clear your mind and increase concentration at work, during an exam, etc.
