It is advisable to usetwice a day, especially in the mornings, as soon as you get up, sinceDuring the night, the body eliminates toxins through the tongueand they remain stuck to the mucous membranes. If we drink or eat when we wake up, some of these toxins return to our body when we swallow them, so the cleansing work our body did during the night was of little use.

Place two-thirds of the tongue in your mouth and scrape it.pulling the cleaner outwards.Rinse your mouth afterwards with plenty of water.

Before using it for the first time you muststerilizethe cleaner by boiling it in water for 10 minutes. Repeat this process periodically.

It is importantkeep the cleaner dry, clean and protected, since copper is a delicate material. After use, rinse it with water, dry it well, and preferably store it in a cotton bag. If we don't dry it properly, it will oxidize, and if we leave it outdoors, it will change color. This won't make it less effective or make it dangerous to use, but it's best to follow the instructions to ensure the product lasts as long as possible.
