12 of the discs are of a softer and velvety surface. Bamboo fabric can be used to create really soft textures. You can use them to remove makeup from the most sensitive areas, such as the eyes. They are made of 60% bamboo, 20% cotton and 20% polyester.

The other 4 discs are of terry texture, which allows for deeper and exfoliating cleansing. They are made of 80% bamboo and 20% cotton.
