Massage for 10 minutes in a specific order and direction.depending on the type of massage you want to perform:

Lymphatic massage: The massage should be performed from the center of the face to the sides (starting from the forehead to the neck) in the direction of the lymph nodes in the neck.

Firming massage: The massage should be performed from the bottom up (from the neck to the forehead) in an upward direction, counteracting the effect of gravity.
