INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

In your aroma diffuser: Pour 5-6 drops of essential oil in total (you can use one or mix several) into the water of your aroma diffuser (for 150 ml).

Prepare your leg massage oil with 8-10 drops oforange essential oil8-10 oflemon8-10 oftangerineand 50 ml ofalmond oilApply it in an upward motion from the ankles to the buttocks until it is absorbed.

Use this same mixture to moisturize your skin after showering and promote circulation. Apply it to damp skin, spread it all over your body until absorbed, and pat dry.
