This bag allows you to make plant-based milks, nut milks, or seed milks, and also to filter fruits or vegetables . It has excellent filtering capacity due to its very fine weave. You can use the drawstrings to apply more pressure.

You can also make sprouted seeds , which you can add to your salads, sandwiches or stews (raw, so that they do not lose nutritional properties).

It's a sustainable alternative that will save you money . It will allow you to reduce plastic packaging and cartons, and therefore lead a zero-waste life.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

As a general rule, to make plant-based milks, you have toSoak the seeds or nuts overnight.Blend them with 1 liter of waterper 100 grams of fruit and thenstrain with the bagSqueeze well, pressing with your hands, to getcompletely separate the liquid from the fruit pulp.

To preparesprouts,Soak the seeds overnight.Put them in the bag inside out,to prevent the sprouts from getting caught in the seams.Make sure the seeds are always moistFor the first two days, it's advisable to rinse them. After that, spraying will suffice. Depending on the seed variety and the temperature;The sprouts will be ready to eat in 4 to 8 daysThey last until10 days in the refrigerator.
