INSTRUCTIONS AND CARE

Bamboo Brush:Keep upright to dry completely between uses. Avoid leaving it in water. Replace every 3 months.
Tongue cleaner:Wash with water after each use and dry thoroughly. Copper may darken over time (this is normal); clean it with lemon and salt if you wish to restore its shine.
Dentifrice:Close the container tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry place.
Mouthwash:Keep the container tightly closed. Store away from direct light.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our standard delivery service to the Iberian Peninsula usually arrives within 48 business hours (in 95% of cases!). If you're not at the delivery address, no problem: it will be left at a collection point very close to you , and you'll receive an email with all the information to pick it up at your convenience.

Normally, if you place your order before 2 PM from Monday to Thursday, it will ship that same day.

Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Monday morning will be shipped on Monday afternoon.

If you need it urgently and want to receive it before 2 p.m. the next day (Only available in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands), you can select express shipping on the payment screen.

We like to keep track of every delivery : if we notice any delay, we'll contact you right away (although it's almost never necessary 😉).

If you have any questions, you can contact us via the website chat and we will answer you as quickly as possible.

And remember: shipping is free for orders over €60 in mainland Spain and Portugal and €75 in the Balearic Islands .

Even so, the shipping cost will appear on the payment page according to the delivery address and weight.

Are the containers reusable or recyclable?

At Alma Eko, we work to ensure that all our products arrive in plastic-free packaging whenever possible , using recycled, recyclable, or even reusable materials. 🌱 For example, it wouldn't be unusual to receive your order in a reused box , thus giving the materials a second life.
